Alongside the White colorway, Chitose Abe has also concocted a Sacai x Nike LDWaffle Black released in Spring 2020.

Following the massive success of the Sacai x Nike LDWaffle in 2019, the Japanese designer continues her collaboration with the swoosh brand on a new Black colorway. Unveiled on the catwalks of Paris Fashion Week, the runner features an all-black base, crafted with a mix of suede, leather and synthetics. It also features a multitude of lined elements, such as the tongue, overlays, swoosh and midsole. New features include silky ribbons as laces, and nylon instead of mesh.
