Prices in this catalog are quoted in Swiss francs, net, including VAT.

Availability
Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-observance of supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Backdoor Geneva. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Payment methods: credit card, twint or bank transfer.

Delivery and transport
Available items are sent by post within approximately 2 to 3 days in Switzerland and 4 to 5 days in Europe. The shipping is free in Switzerland and we charge 30.- CHF for shipping in Europe for orders under 1000.- CHF. 

Returns and exchanges
Backdoor Geneva does not offer returns or exchanges. Please contact us to be sure of your sizing before ordering.
